As you can probably tell by now, we're an online vendor but what you may not know yet, our mission is to build a space where customers can find great bargain deals online but also know they're in a safe and trusted space. We hope to do that by letting you get to know us, by personalizing the store with our videos and blogs and running the store with good values and a customer-first attitude. Mostly not. We use a dropshipping model where your order is shipped directly from the item's manufacturer. This helps keep our business expenses down and directly making our products more affordable. In contrast, some of our products may be shipped directly from us (this would be displayed on the product page).
Different suppliers use different carriers but we try to provide as many options as possible while still keeping shipping costs low. Currently, our supplier uses DHL(US) Ecommerce. We will add any new carriers here as we begin to add suppliers.

What details are saved?
We only store your shipping, payment, and order details on Shopify’s servers.
Can I change my saved details?
Yes, you can change them anytime you use Shopify Pay.
Who else has access to my saved details?
Your details are only shared with a store when you complete a purchase. We will never share your data with anyone else.
Can I make a purchase if I don’t have my phone or if I changed my number?
Yes, you can check out as you normally do. You can also update your phone number at the last step of the checkout.
Our policy lasts thirty (30) calendar days. If thirty (30) calendar days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been

Refunds (if applicable)
If the reason for return is by our fault or falls under one of these items (with evidence), we will pay for the return shipping and either refund the money or replace the item if:
1. The incorrect item was received in terms of color, size, or model.
2. The item is used, damaged, defective or in extremely poor quality.
3. The estimated delivery time of the order has expired.
4. The shipment went missing.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt.
If the reason for return is by customer's fault (ordered wrong item, etc.) you must pay to have the item shipped back to us in order to receive a refund. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and of refund approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. If you are rejected, we will work with you to secure a partial-refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We can exchange (replace) items if they are defective or damaged (unused and in the original packaging). If we sent you the wrong item, size or color; we will pay to have it returned and promptly send the correct item. If you, by mistake, ordered an unwanted product, you must please pay the shipping and we can then send you the proper item.
